Description of problem: There is no keyboard switcher in LXDE by default. Fix: sed -i -e 's|type = tray|type = tray\n}\n\nPlugin {\n type = xkb\n Config {\n DisplayType=1\n PerAppLayout=1\n DefaultGroup=0\n }|g' /usr/share/lxpanel/profile/LXDE/panels/panel to rebuild lxde-common with this patch. Thanks. Well, i need to ask in dev emailing list for this patch. Lxpanel unlike others, shows blank icon if user did not installed related package. For example, i did not install firefox, choose to use chromium, but panel showed blank icon. If i add this to panel by default, unlike Russian users most of lxde user will get blank icon in their panel. So, i'm in doubt for now.

lxde-common-0.5.5-19.mga4 has been committed in svn repository. Waiting for freeze push (we are now release freeze phase). Please close this bug report as resolved-fixed if updated package fixes your issue.
