Created attachment 3731 [details] Screenshot of the main Xfce menu Look at this screenshot of the main Xfce menu . Settings entry are not translated in French (Paramètres).
Check the contest of /usr/share/desktop-directories/xfce-settings.directory (There should be Name[fr] entry. You can edit it and changes should take effect almost immediately.) Also, have you edited /etc/xdg/menus/xfce-applications.menu?

Just started my x86_64 machine to see if I could reproduce this and indeed the translations are missing. Asked a freeze push to see if a simple rebuild would fix this issue.
Sorry to say that I see no Name[fr] entry in the content of /usr/share/desktop-directories/xfce-settings.directory . Moreover, no modification have been made to the /etc/xdg/menus/xfce-applications.menu file .
Fixed in latest release 0.2.0-5.mga3. Feel free to reopen if needed.
