Description of problem:
kde programs such as dolphin or kwrite do not have the menu enabled by default

The can easily be turned on with ctrl+m

But I believe this should be enabled by default. The cooman isn't that easy to find if you don't have a menu. You don't even have the "Help" in the menu line.

This is still new and we have done sevaral updates since.
I don't know if the bug is still present as I changed to setting on all installation.
I am going to close it.
