Description of problem: upgrate failed about 10 seconds before the end of process with description: file /usr/sbin/extlinux from install of syslinux-4.04-4.mga3.x86_64 conflicts with file from package extlinux-4.04-3.mga2.x86_64. Checked three times. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Mageia2x86_64 to Mageia3x86_64 How reproducible: Prepare usb flash stick with Unetbootin and Mageia-3-beta4-x86_64-DVD.iso file. Also copy a Mageia-3-beta4-x86_64-DVD.iso on usb hard disk. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Boot from the flash stick. 2. Direct to the Mageia-3-beta4-x86_64-DVD.iso file when an apposite dialog is appeared. 3. Choose Upgreate in appropriate window, and do the dialogs will request. Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:

Even with that errors, the system still bootable. Now I've added some mirrors and start to continue upgraiding in usual way. Of course, I can't rate it a normal, stable, system. But this durabiliti of a Mageia, make me more interested about it in a good sence.
Fixed in 4.0.4-5 version of syslinux
