Hi Dušan, sorry for the delay.

Is it still the case on Mageia 4 or on current cauldron?

Constantly is not present on repository. From mag4 was removed qgis-python from repository.

On mag5 is qgis-python present but not pyspatialite.

git for pyspatialite is her

Comment 4 David GEIGER 2016-09-27 19:09:39 CEST
This is now fixed in current Cauldron (mga6):

$ urpmq --requires-recursive python-qgis |grep spatialite
lib64spatialite7
python-pyspatialite
$

So closing as fixed!
