Description of problem:

When libgstreamer1.0-devel and libgstreamer0.10-devel are installed in parallel, only one documentation book is shown in DevHelp per each title. For example, only "GStreamer 0.10 Core Reference Manual" is shown, while there should be "GStreamer 1.0 Core Reference Manual", too. This happens because corresponding DevHelp books (/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gstreamer-{0.10,1.0}/*.devhelp2) have identical /book/@name XML attribute ("gstreamer"). If you change this attribute to distinct values (ex., "gstreamer-0.10" and "gstreamer-1.0"), you will see both books in DevHelp. The same is topical for all other GStreamer DevHelp books. Uninstalling libgstreamer0.10-devel may not be an option, because it is required, for example, by libwxgtku2.8-devel.

Sorry, but this bug saw no action since over 2 yrs ago. 
No cauldron package has stayed the same since then.
