seems hexchat-perl has been left out of the current perl update, please push.

The following packages have to be removed for others to be upgraded:
hexchat-perl-2.9.4-4.mga3.x86_64
 (due to unsatisfied perl-base == 2:5.16.2)

my bad, just noticed its on the finished building list, my mirror is slow
