Well, here the question is, which one should prevail, the bundled or the standalone ?
Doing some searching, it seems that the current version is the standalone one, so I'll delete the bundled one from mysql-workbench.
Version mysql-utilities-1.0.0-0.5.2.45.8 fixes this issue, closing it. Reopen if you still find any issues.
