The current cauldron wine will no longer run DVDFab (which has been running forever).  The stdout/stderr, for what it's worth, is:

wine has the habit of complaining so much that it's hard to tell what's actually pertinent here or not.  

Anyway, we may want to consider backlevelling wine for release.

The same error occurs with DVDFab version 9.0.2.8, 9.0.2.6, and the older stable 8.2.1.0 Qt, all of which worked previously.

By contrast, here is the stdout/stderr for wine in an older version of cauldron where the DVDFa GUI comes up successfully:

This appears to have been fixed by the Mar 22 upload of wine.

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
