Zemberek is a Natural Language Processing library for Turkic languages. (Turkish,Azerbaijanian, Turkmen). Written in Java. It is the only turkish spellchecking utility for Turkic languages. Aspell do not work properly; because of the nature of Turkic languages.

Zemberek mainly depends on java, dbus-java and libmatthew-java packages.
I have build zemberek, zemberek-server, dbus-java, enchant-zemberek on my 3rd party repository. Also, i have rebuild libmatthew-java with the patch i proposed to #bug9002.

Please review those packages and if possible add zemberek and dependencies to official repositories.
