mandriva-drakconf in favourites submenu of the launcher

I guess it's the result of the upgrade from a 2010.2.
I guess you add/move some favorites when using the 2010.2 so you end up with a ~/.kde4/share/config/kickoffrc .
Could you reproduce with the xguest user ?

yes,

i made an upgrade of 2010.2 but i didn't add/move any favorites. with the xguest user is all okay, but we need to fix also mandriva 2010.2 updates with already existing users.. do you need anything else?

From the screenshot this looks like a manually created .desktop file (look in ~/.local/share/applications/). If that's the case, then nothing can be done about that, user custom .desktop files shouldn't be changed except by the user himself, IMHO.

Please disregard (most of) my previous comment.

Though, the part that there isn't much that can be done stands true.

so do we close it as WONTFIX?

On second thought maybe stick this in -firstsetup.sh:

grep -q /usr/share/applications/mandriva-drakconf.desktop $HOME/.kde4/share/config/kickoffrc
if [ $? -eq 0]; then
sed -i 's,/usr/share/applications/mandriva-drakconf.desktop,/usr/share/applications/mageia-drakconf.desktop,' $HOME/.kde4/share/config/kickoffrc

By kde4-firstsetup.sh I meant /usr/share/kde4/env/kde4-firstsetup.sh.
