Description of problem:
drakfirewall doesn't like you to deselect 'Everything (no firewall)'

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Mageia Control Centre -> Security -> Set up your personal firewall.
2. Notice that the first option 'Everything (no firewall)' is marked.
3. Remove that thick, press OK and go through the following screens which will appear.
4. Go back to step 1 (that is, open again 'Set up your personal firewall').
5. Notice that the first option 'Everything (no firewall)' is marked again despite you removed that thick in step 3. This might confuse users, supposedly it's a regression.
