perl-Dist-Zilla is installable, it has only a suggests on perl-Task-Dist-Zilla.
perl-Task-Dist-Zilla is indeed not installable currently, I need to release a new version of it (upstream).

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => INVALID
