Description of problem:
This package puts dynamic libraries into /usr/lib*/libmatthew-java, unix.jar and cgi.jar are not usable without extending java.library.path

I'm trying to create rpms for zemberek Natural Language Processing library and it needs dbus-java. But with the stiuation explained above dbus-java won' t work. 

There is a bug entry in Red Hat bugzilla with same problem:

Also, fedora includes a patch that fixes this problem. I'm attaching it. Thanks
