Description of problem:
The default file browser found in the gnome version (nautilus) does not allow common user to access other partitions (whatever file system).

It does not even ask for the root password

here is the output of blkid :(I have removed some numbers from the UUID

I've not be able to reproduce this under Mageia-5-beta2-i586.
