backport of glibc needed to install specific drivers for the rtl_sdr usb dvb card to be used as a software digital radio. tried using osmo and rtl_sdr rpms from fedora and need atleast glibc 2.15 to install.

Wont happend, we dont change a critical part like glibc on a stable release.

and the proper way to use a rpm from another distro is to rebuild the .src.rpm for the stuff you want, and it will work with current glibc in mga2
