hexchat is missing its sysinfo plugin. thanks.
also missing its SASL plugin
https://github.com/hexchat/hexchat/commit/7cc2dc36e5e015a37d699df166edeee21f1e63e7 - SASL plugin was removed by upstream. I'll check what i can do about sysinfo plugin.

upgraded to the new version just pushed, and after doing this to wipe out my old settings /sysinfo reset it now works correct (i assume it would also work on fresh install now) many thanks for adding and fixing this
