Hi,

After researching a bit about layer 7 firewalling with linux I ended up packaging ndpi in cauldron.

ntop-5.0.1 bundles an older version of ndpi.

ntop-5.0.2 will have the needed API changes to use the ndpi package in cauldron.

So, it's just a matter of bumping ntop to the 5.0.2 version (when released) and add:

BuildRequires:  ndpi-devel >= 1.4.0

Plus the attached patch.

Just a heads-up.

One year later and no ntop-5.0.2 yet.

Another year later and no ntop-5.0.2 in sight. Maybe use ntopng instead of ntop? Anyway, closing as OLD.
