Description of problem: I've discovered this trouble when using Oxygen-gtk as it is Mageia's default theme. When I pressed volume Up, Down or Mute on my keyboard, my GNOME OSD sound volume has an ugly light gray background instead of a nice translucent black. But I've learned a bit more when I switched from Adwaita to Oxygen-gtk and back to Adwaita again, all the GTK widgets icons lost their transparencies and so did the OSD sound volume, keeping its gray background. One more weird thing: I made screenshots of the OSD, and the gray OSD is transparent on its screenshot although it's not on my display!

is this bug still valid with the last version of oxygen ?

Yes, it's still here.
I'm experiencing the same problem. This appears to be a regression from MGA2 since transparency was working correctly before. Removing oxygen-gtk and oxygen-gtk3 plus related orphans has fixed it with transparency of the OSDs restored. One thing I noticed was that the two packages, oxygen-gtk and oxygen-gtk3 are not upgraded to the same version. GTK3 package appears to be lagging behind. Is this intentional, or an accidental omission?

Created attachment 4749 [details] snapshot with latest oxygen-gtk3 @Philippe "oxygen-gtk and oxygen-gtk3 are not upgraded to the same version. GTK3 package appears to be lagging behind. Is this intentional, or an accidental omission?" its intended. The first predates the second, by quite some time. We had many releases for oxygen-gtk2 before gtk-3 even existed (and thus oxygen-gtk3) Now: I cannot reproduce the issue with oxygen-gtk3-1.3.1 (current cauldron) Can you ? if not, the bug should be closed
