Reassigning to all packagers collectively for arpack, and CC'ing the new atlas (shomif) and lapack (lmenut) maintainers, because mitya doesn't currently maintain those packages. Note that I do not know whether this bug is still valid, and that this report should be cloned to have a separate bug report for each srpm for which it didn't get solved, yet.
