Output of lspcidrake -v

Theme name: Adwaita
Kernel version = 3.8.0-desktop-0.rc4.1.mga3
Distribution=Mageia release 3 (Cauldron) for x86_64
CPU=Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     T5850  @ 2.16GHz

In the MCC network center, no wireless networks are listed under "Atheros Communications Inc. AR928X Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express)". Clicking Refresh does not make any difference.

In contrast, the Gnome network manager does show the available wireless networks.

Comment 1 Jani Välimaa 2013-01-20 16:55:39 CET
I can confirm this. No available wifi networks in netcenter.

However wireless connection is working fine as it was configured before this issue appeared. Also, wpa_gui shows wifi networks correctly.

lspcidrake output:
ath9k           : Atheros Communications Inc.|AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) [NETWORK_OTHER] (rev: 01)

Is this still valid in current version?

I haven't seen this in quite a while, and there would have been a lot of "me too"s since Jani last reported the issue, if it hadn't been fixed, so closing.
