Description of problem:
Following updates installed on January 5, I can no longer boot into my Beta install. My mga2 grub on my mbr chain loads to my mga3 grub. My beta install is entirely within it's own separate single partition.

Symptoms sound similar to bug 8614, filed for the i586 version.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Mageia 3 Beta 1 x64 DVD with updates to Jan 6, 2013.

How reproducible:
Every boot into beta, including safe mode and non-frame buffer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot up
2.choose to boot to chain loaded OS from mbr grub
3.choose any option from the beta grub installed on the beta partition
4. bootup dies at this point; (I typed the below on another computer, if there are any typos, sorry)
