Description of problem:

If I stop my PC from KDE, either from or KDM from my session, my screen goes to sleep and the machine does not stop electric.

According to the configration KDE, it seems to execute the command / usr / bin / poweroff. If I manually execute this command from a Konsole, even with my current user session, stop the machine performs well and leads to an electric
