Description of problem: Each time (3 times) I run 3 beta 1 from the LiveDVD I get the above error appear. When I close the error dialog Mageia continues to load and run without any apparent adverse effects. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kdebase4-workspace-4.9.90-1.mga3 How reproducible: Start PC with LiveDVD Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select language "English" 2. Accept licence 3. Select timezone "Madrid" 4. Select hardware clock "Local time" 5. Select Keyboard "UK" After the icons for Hard disk, Tools, Globe, Desktop and KDE have been displayed, the error message is then shown.

The same applies to running with a later version of kde. Sorry if that leaves little to go on and do correct me if I'm wrong (I'm no expert).
You can install soft on the live, but indeed all debug, maybe not.
