Description Götz Waschk 2013-01-02 16:36:55 CET
This is on Mga2 x86_64 with clementine-1.0.1-1.mga2. If you click the "download spotify" link you get the error "Failed to load Spotify public key". this is solved by installing qca2-plugin-openssl. See also this upstream bug:

Comment 1 Juan Luis Baptiste 2013-01-03 02:05:12 CET
Added for mga 2 and cauldron, please test:

clementine-1.0.1-1.1 on mga 2 core/updates_testing
clementine-1.1.1-2 on cauldron core/release
Comment 2 Juan Luis Baptiste 2013-01-03 02:09:10 CET
Suggested advisory:

clementine player has been updated to fix an error which prevented the installation of the spotify plugin because of a missing runtime dependancy for the handling of SSL certificates.
Comment 3 Götz Waschk 2013-01-03 08:47:52 CET
I can confirm that the fix works as desired.

Testing complete mga2 64

Confirmed the bug and the update. Not affected by bug 2317 as the added require is in updates, checked with depcheck just in case.

Advisory
----------------
Clementine would error with "Failed to load Spotify public key" when trying to install the spotify plugin which it downloads from Spotify.

It was missing a require on qca2-plugin-openssl, which has now been added
----------------

SRPM: clementine-1.0.1-1.1.mga2.src.rpm

Could sysadmin please push from core/updates_testing to core/updates

Thanks!
