Description of problem:

Simple, mcc shows Mageia copyright of only year 2011, it should be updated to 2011 - 2013. This has to be changed on line 1488 from the control-center script.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch mcc
2. Go to Help->Credits
3. See copyright dates.
