Description of problem:
When you want install skype ( urpmi get-skype ) or flash player (urpmi flash-player)...

With default system, urpmi download file and install

it is okay, !

Bu now if you remove firefox or switch chromium as default browser, you can't install skype, flash-player... it is don't found host...

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install chromium-browser and but as default browser
2.try "urpmi get-skype" or "urpmi flash-player"
3.you get error domain host

I seriously fail to see how that can be related
So check using directly with what urpmi use as downloader on your box.
Can be wget,aria2,curl,rsync

This does sound very odd, and suspicious but if Chromium plays with global proxy settings or /etc/resolv.conf or something, it could theoretically be involved.
