Example of icon display issue

Since the transition to gnome 3.6 with its new notification area, the icons displayed in this zone are not positioned or scaled properly. Some are small and other large, and some are centered while others are not. See attachment for example.

Any progress on this? The notification area looks a bit silly as it is.
Comment 2 Olav Vitters 2015-06-23 20:45:29 CEST
Can you check again? I noticed that a patch was added for Mageia 5 to address this.

With latest updates installed I'm still experiencing this issue.
