Packages for Ganglia Monitoring System have been updated, but I can not
find the web fronted for the system. I think it is missing in the
distro. Can you check/include it ?

It is now distributed separatly, and should eventually be packaged independently. But as for ganglia, there is no point introducing it in the distribution if there is no interested maintainer.
