Description of problem: Net_applet cause a message in ~/.xsession-errors : Cannot open /dev/input/eventX Permission non accordée. A message of ahmad allowed to know the cause of the message: https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=725#p5200 How reproducible: The message always appears. It is not very grave, but it pollutes the search for the other problems. It would be useful to look for the cause and to remedy it.

Actually this comes from detect_devices::getInputDevices() => c::EVIocGBitKey() (code added by Arnaud) Fixed in git for Mga4
