[baz@jackodesktop ~]$ urpmq serd -i http://zmhost/pub/linux/Mageia/distrib/cauldron/x86_64/media/core/release/media_info/20121118-090952-info.xml.lzma Name : serd Version : 0.4.2 Release : 1.mga2 Group : System/Libraries Size : 11792 Architecture: x86_64 Source RPM : serd-0.4.2-1.mga2.src.rpm URL : http://drobilla.net/software/ Summary : Lightweight RDF syntax library Description : Lightweight C library for RDF syntax which supports reading and writing Turtle and NTriples. Serd is not intended to be a swiss-army knife of RDF syntax, but rather is suited to resource limited or performance critical applications, or situations where a simple reader/writer with minimal dependencies is ideal (e.g. in LV2 hosts or plugins). Closing as invalid as package already exists, although the current tarball has 0.18.0 version and builds OK in Cauldron, so it's maybe overdue for update.

Hi Barry ! Just had a glance before I have to go (I'm in the cclist and got a message) Before updating serd, it may be better to resolve bug 7639 the new lv2 obsoletes lv2-core and lv2-ui rpms but it is said to provide them (it may be substituted painlessly) Hope it will help ! Thanks to look at those bugs until I become an apprentice ;) Regards Philippe
Nevermind what I said lv2 is not a BuildRequire for serd !!!! :-( Sorry to have disturbed you
