Xfce4 power management is ignored if it conflicts with systemd

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set XFCE4 to blank screen only if lid is closed
2. Close lid
3. XFCE4 suspends

This is for tracking purposes.  The bug has been reported at

Added patch which should fix this from upstream bugzilla [1]. Please test new xfce4-power-manager-1.2.0-4.mga3. It should be available anytime soon.
