Description of problem:


when installing mageia the installer installs a generic 1024x768 monitor
instead of installing the lcd philips 170C (id philips 170C5)

since about mandriva 2008 this philips monitor is in the xorg list
and
from about mandriva 2008 to mandriva 2010.2 the installer installs the philips 170C5
