transcode needs to be rebuild for new imagemagick however it doesn't rebuild: error: 'const struct AVCodec' has no member named 'encode'

How can a old binary package from another distro can help? As you seen like us, it' linked to the same old libmagic...

If not, then you need to add "MythTv users will not be able to install Mythfrontend" to the Mageia 3 Errata document.
