Description of problem:


during first boot after installation pc freezed during boot or shortly after openinga kde session

i had to change in cpupower file "ondemand" by "performance" profile

i discovered we can use "ondemand" profile if we forbid to use 1000 MHz frequency (the lower one)

perhaps by default, installation of mageia must use performance profile to avoid pb to many user

my cpu : AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 5000+
