Description of problem:
sylpheed-3.3.0-1.mga3.src.rpm in cauldron appears to have been compiled with
spelling option disabled

Sylpheed used gtkspell as it's spelling engine, gtkspell.2.0.16 and libraries
are available in core/release

Mga2 version has same fault

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Sylpheed
2. Compose an email
3. Create deliberate spelling errors
4. Observe lack of indication of errors.
