The Sat Nov 10 23:11:51 CET 2012 version of the Mageia 3 alpha 3 dual cd
needs to have the icu-data and lib{64}icu50 packages added, so
rpmdrake and drakconf can be installed.

After an install using x86-64, I installed the two packages from the
online repos, then disabled the online repos, and was able to install
the packages rpmdrake and drakconf from the core media on the iso.
