Description of problem:

Tried to run evolution, empathy, and some other webkit base applications in terminal, the information showed as below:

[xxxxxxx@localhost ~]$ evolution
evolution: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libwebkitgtk-3.0.so.0: undefined symbol: UCNV_FROM_U_CALLBACK_SUBSTITUTE_50
[xxxxxxx@localhost ~]$ 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Epoch       : 1
Version     : 1.10.1
Release     : 2.mga3
Architecture: x86_64

How reproducible:
After an updating, they cannot open any time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the terminal
2. evolution (or empathy, or any webkit base stuff you want)
3. evolution: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libwebkitgtk-3.0.so.0: undefined symbol: UCNV_FROM_U_CALLBACK_SUBSTITUTE_50
