Probably mirroring lag. I see torcs 1.3.4 in mirror I'm using.

Changed mirrors just now from kernel.org to webconquest which pulled core 20121030-140950-synthesis.hdlist.cz and still get the same errors. looking through my generated mirror idx list for torcs- and 0003, all I see is core-0003.0.x86_64.idx:torcs-data-1.3.4-1.mga3.noarch.rpm 273904261 Oct 29 09:04 core32-0003.0.x86_64.idx:torcs-data-1.3.4-1.mga3.noarch.rpm 273904261 Oct 29 09:04
latest round of updates resolved the problem.
