Once installed in Cauldron KSystemLog cannot find the following three log files:

/var/log/syslog  ( System Log )
/var/log/auth.log ( Authentication Log )
/var/log/daemon.log ( Daemons' Log, also not found in Mageia 2 )

It does find

kernel.log
/var/log/Xorg.0.log

ksystemlog-4.9.2-1.mga3.i586.rpm

Installing ksystemlog-handbook-4.9.2-1.mga3.noarch.rpm the system
reports a signature error.

I suspect these files have moved location and KSystmeLog has not
been updated to reflect that move.

I guess it works if you install and run rsyslog ?

I don't know if KSystmeLog works with journalctl

(signature errors should be fixed since there was a rebuild)
