Description of problem: Cover lookup within Audex, whether manually or automatic, will never find any cover, even with popular discs. After looking a bit into the problem, stumbled over https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/25193 I've tested this locally and it fixes the problem, so i've pushed it as update candidate: There is now audex-0.74b1-1.1.mga2 in core/updates_testing to validate ------------------------------------------------------- Suggested advisory: ------------------- This update addresses the following issue: Audex's fetching of covers is not working anymore. This is due to an API change of Google. This has been fixed by applying a patch from Archlinux: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/25193 ------------------------------------------------------- Steps to reproduce: - install/update to update candidate - check that cover lookup works (it is enabled by default, or can be triggered by clicking on the cover in the left panel)

Tested on Mga2 64-bit, cover lookup now works. Will test on 32-bit in the next day or two. Carolyn

Now tested on 32-bit as well. On both archs, bug could be reproduced and was resolved after update. I hope the next bit is right, I haven't done it for a while: Update validated. See comment 1 for advisory. SRPM: audex-0.74b1-1.1.mga2.src.rpm Could sysadmin please push from core/updates_testing to core/updates. Thank you. Carolyn
