Pre-3alpha2 classic dvd i586 with default gnome installation from a USB stick Trying to install packages from the USB stick. For the purposes of testing bug 7710 I need to install gnome-panel and gnome-shell so switched to tty2 with tty1 stuck at gdm. urpmi fails with being unable to find "core media" and a perl error - Use of uninitialised value in subroutine entry at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/Net/DBus/Binding/Connection.pm line 257. The USB stick is not auto mounted, even after removing it and reinserting. Manually mounting to /mnt/disk makes no difference. urpmq --dump-config shows it is looking for "core media" at cdrom://i586/media/core despite being installed from USB.
I wasn't sure what to file this bug against so opted for release rather than rpms or installer, please change as necessary.
