The policy for updates in Mageia is only bugfixes or security fixes, to prevent regressions. Are there bug fixes so important that they could require an update? If so, can you tell me which ones?
This version is blocked on certain applications as itune 10. They are obliged to pass in 4.1.8

So, I've got to find a compromise between stability (provide updates that change the software as little as possible) and this kind of application's special requirement for update, in order to support new applications. I'll update it to 4.1.9 which seems to be a very stable version and that I've been using locally for a few months, but not to 4.2.1 which is too young. Please test playonlinux-4.1.9-1.mga2 from the Core Updates Testing media.
