Description of problem:
Unable to see Calendar event text

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click clock widget in task bar.
2. Click Digital Clock Settings
3. Click Calendar
   set Calendar system: Local
4. Find your Region  Example United States
   scroll selection left and select Days Off
5. Click Apply, OK
6. Left click clock in task bar
7. move mouse pointer over red or green squares in a month which
   has days off or holidays.

Sorry I did not provide that.

$ cat /etc/sysconfig/desktop
DISPLAYMANAGER=gdm
DESKTOP=KDE4

and it's a clean install of Mageia-2-x86_64-DVD.iso with all updates.
desktop effects disabled. Runlevel 3 and startx if that matters.

Probably a KDE upstream bug that was fixed in subsequent updates. It will be or has been fixed in KDE updates to Mageia 2. If not, it will probably not be fixed at all in Mageia 2 and users will have to use Mageia 3 to see it fixed. So I'm going to close this bug report.

Adding KDE maintainer in CC just in case I'm doing the wrong choice.
