This drakxtools update fixes a crash in various Mageia tools when they try to guess user homedir before running a process as !root (mga#7403).
Also it makes drakbug preselecting the "RPM package" in bugzilla (Manuel Hiebel, mga#7380).
Also, drakx tools no more use the "strict" pragma that wrongly slip in previous update, leading to various warnings.

How to reproduce:
==================
For the first one, select "Help" in the "Help" menu of mcc.
For the second one, just run drakbug, select a program and report a bug.
Previously component was not filled, after the update, "RPM Packges" is preselected.
