Description of problem:

Typing:
urpmq -h
returns:
Can't use string ("7.8") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.1/urpm/args.pm line 523.

> urpmq --version
urpmq 7.8
