I'm not sysadmin, but it should be the same username you have chose in identity.mageia.org

I use passwordless ssh keys.
Have you added your ssh key on identity ?

I added you to mga-packagers-committers and mga-packagers groups. So you should now be able to add your ssh key on https://identity.mageia.org/ and access the svn.
