Openshot complains of missing frei0r effect library, says to install frei0r-plugins when started.

frei0r is just a suggests as it's not mandatory for openshot to work.
See warning message telling that OpenShot will work but with less effects.
I think this is because of the suggests that it's not on the ISO.

Do I have to change it for it to be a require?

As a reminder, DVD isos are built without any suggests. So either we had an exception in bcd (which is not a good thing as packaging should be enough if this package is really missing) or it needs to switch from suggest to require in spec file
