Description of problem: Requesting an import of python-apsw as a dep to Tribler - The P2P-client.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.7.13.r1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open webbrowser of you choice. 
2. Go to http://svn.tribler.org/abc/branches/mainbranch/Tribler/readme.txt
3. On the 25th row you see this: APSW aka. python-apsw >= 3.6.x (Python wrappers for SQLite database)
