Description of problem: Cannot successfully boot from Live CD - Mageia-2-LiveCD-KDE4-Europe1-Americas-x86_64-CD.iso.

Selected Default and Live with no success.  Boot starts and shows screen and then displays nVidia screen.  The screen then locks up and cannot continue.  Sometimes the desktop starts to draw but usually just a blank screen.  The keyboard is frozen and NumLock and CapsLock do not change when keys pressed.  Reboot only works with hard reset.  I tried with booting from Live CD and bootable flash drive made from iso with UNetbootin.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert disk or flash drive and change boot from device.
2. Select Default or Live from menu with same effect.
3. I tried changing the resolution and kernel to safe mode to no effect.

also please don't use unetbottin but more dd.

I did get it to work.  Thank you.

Pressing F6 moves the selected line from Boot to Install.  To Boot with xdriver=nvidia the user must press F6 and then up-arrow to Boot and enter the xdriver line to the boot line.

I look forward to booting straight to Mageia in version 3.
